Dedicated to the memory of Eaon Jones
This site is a tribute to Eaon Jones. Eaon Passed away on the 26th February 2022. His death was sudden and a tragic end to a wonderful person's life.The family would like to give back to the Trinity Hospice, who cared for Eaon in his last couple of days. If anyone is able to make a donation we would be very grateful so that others in need, can gain the incredible support of Trinity Hospice.
He is much loved and will always be remembered.
